Conditions for Press Use of Photographs

  1. Photographs can only be used in conjunction with press coverage about the Center for Creative Photography (CCP) and its exhibitions and events.
  2. The reproduction(s) may not be cropped, bled off the page, overprinted with text or altered in any way.
  3. Please send a copy/clipping of any press coverage to the Communication Dept at CCP.
  4. Full documentation, photographer credit, copyright, collection and exhibition notices must appear adjacent to the reproduction as follows:

    [title, date]
    Photograph by [artist]
    © [legal copyright notice]
    Collection Center for Creative Photography,
    The University of Arizona
    [or other collection credit if noted]

  5. If you received the image electronically, image file may not be copied or digitally stored other than is needed for one-time reproduction in conjunction with exhibition press.
