- Can I get my portfolio reviewed?
The Center reviews portfolios on a regular basis, but the current exhibition and acquisition priorities lie with our archive collections, and our schedule is complete through 2010. The Center retains the archives of Ansel Adams, Edward Weston, Garry Winogrand, Harry Callahan, and other great 20th century photographers-over fifty archives in all. The exhibition program is very much geared to the Center's identity as a research center in the history of photography and to sharing these key archives, as well as to presentations of those major photographers whose archives we wish to attract.
If you would like to submit your work for consideration, you may address a packet to the curators attention (please do not include any original work; visuals in the form of CDs, web site addresses, slides, or print-outs are fine). Please be patient in awaiting a response.
