The photographs in this Educator's Guide represent images in the traveling exhibition Sea Change: The Seascape in Contemporary Photography, which was organized by the Center for Creative Photography. The exhibition brings together work by eighteen photographic artists from all avenues of contemporary practice who share the same classical subject--the sea. This guide will complement study in many subject areas, including art, natural history, science, environmental studies, history, philosophy, geography, literature, poetry, and creative writing.
