Instructions
If you have reserved an appointment to view 10 pre-selected prints, list the 10 prints and 2 alternates below, indicating the name of the photographer and the identification number.
For example, look at this listing below from the online collection guide. (The information needed for the for is green and circled in this example).
Note: the identification number is a set of numbers separated by two colons, like this: 12:345:678. When the print you are selecting does not appear first on its list, use the first five numbers from the first print on the list as the first five numbers of any of the following prints within that particular list.
This is how you would indicate your request to see Ansel Adams's photograph: Interior, Santuario, Chimayo, New Mexico, which is listed with others above:
